Search and Rescue teams called to help injured dirt-bike rider north of Hardware Ranch - KVNU - News for Northern Utah and Southern Idaho
LOGAN — Emergency crews responded to an off-road accident east of Cache Valley. The crash was reported around 12:45 p.m. Monday afternoon.
According to emergency radio traffic, a man was riding a dirt-bike in the Hells Hollow area, northeast of Hardware Ranch. The man reportedly crashed, falling off the motorcycle and temporarily losing consciousness.
Another rider was able to contact 911 and report the accident.
Cache County Search and Rescue were dispatched to the crash. A medical helicopter from Ogden was also paged, due to the remote location.
As emergency crews were headed to the scene though, the injured rider reportedly denied any medical assistance.
Search and Rescue continued and were able to locate the rider and transport them back to Hardware Ranch.
